The District Mission Management Unit of Assam State Rural Livelihoods Mission, Cachar, is all geared up to set the stage for a vibrant and enriching cultural extravaganza with the upcoming Bhogali (Poush) Mela 2024. Organized under the aegis of the Panchayat and Rural Development Department, Govt of Assam, the event is set to commence from the 10th of January and will culminate on the 12th of January, 2024.
