In an interview with dvm360®, Gary Harker explains how veterinary practices can eliminate the threat of lawsuits
In an interview at the Atlantic Coast Veterinary Conference (ACVC), Gary Harker, professional speaker for Legally Mine, shared advice on setting up lawsuit protection for your veterinary practice by using prevention tools before an incident occurs.
The following is a partial transcript of the video.
Gary Harker: When you think about lawsuit protection, it really comes with prevention. So, one of the things that we highly suggest is just diversifying—making sure that all of your assets are not in one place. When your assets are all in one place, it increases the probability of a lawsuit because there is more money involved in the lawsuit.
