A Tunbridge Wells bank will be hosting free children’s craft activities all next week.
Sessions will be taking place at Metro Bank in Calverley Road, Tunbridge Wells from Monday, August 15 to Sunday, August 21.
Youngsters are welcome to drop into the store or pick up a takeaway craft bag.
It will offer parents and guardians a chance to relax whilst the children entertain themselves with a colouring activity and fun financial education exercise.
In addition to getting creative and gaining some financial knowledge, children may also be able to take a selfie with the bank’s striking mascot Metro Man.
Everyone is welcome and you don’t have to be a customer to enjoy the event.
Metro Bank is known for its family-friendly approach to banking and prides itself on championing its local communities.
Throughout the year, the bank has hosted a series of events ranging from business networking sessions to its free financial education workshops, Money Zone, delivered to over 250,000 school children.
Store manager Stephen Cotton said: “We’re always looking for ways to support our local community.
“We know how long the summer holidays are and we are glad to be able to offer this free event for kids. Last year’s craft event was lots of fun and this year will be no different.”

Metro Bank’s Tunbridge Wells store is located at 2 and 4 Calverley Road, Tunbridge Wells TN1 2TB.
The store is currently open Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 6pm, and Sunday from 11am to 5pm.
