City of Tacoma Hosting Tutorials for Tenants and Landlords – southsoundmag.com

Tacoma community members are invited to join any of seven virtual or in-person tutorial sessions in February and March to learn more about rental housing regulations and requirements, according to a city of Tacoma news release.

The sessions will cover the city’s updated Rental Housing Code, the new Landlord Fairness Code, how those codes work together, and what it all means for anyone who owns, operates, or rents residential property within Tacoma city limits, the release said.

The eight sessions are:

• 12-1:30 p.m. on Feb. 22 on Zoom
• 5:30-7 p.m. on Feb. 22 on Zoom
• 12-1:30 p.m. on Feb. 29 from on Zoom
